Transparency in Coverage Regulation and Consolidated Appropriations Act

Your current Anthem SOCA MEWA plan is subject to the Transparency in Coverage (TIC) regulations which require health insurers and group health plans to create machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available. They must be made available on an open access website effective July 1, 2022.

Anthem is preparing these files for you and will update them monthly by the first of the month. The file can be found here: https://www.anthem.com/machine-readable-file/search by searching by your Employer Identification Number (EIN).
