Sewer
Any new builds that have plumbing are required to connect to the sewer system, if the sewer system line is present in that area.
The permit fee is $50.00 and the tap fee is $5,700.00. A payment of at least $2,900.00 is required up front, before any work will be started. Any remaining balance is due before the service will be turned on.
It is the responsibility of the owner to connect from the sewer tap to the building.
Water
Any building can connect to the water system, if the water system line is present in that area.
The tap fee is $1,500.00. A payment of at least $750.00 is required up front, before any work will be started. Any remaining balance is due before the service will be turned on.
It is the responsibility of the owner to connect from the water turn on (curb box) to the building.
