Sewer
- Any new builds that have plumbing are required to connect to the sewer system, if the sewer system line is present in that area.
- A Service Application must be completed at the time the tap fee is paid.
- The permit fee is $50.00 and the tap fee is $5,700.00. A payment of at least $2,900.00 is required up front, before any work will be started. Any remaining balance is due before the service will be turned on.
- It is the responsibility of the owner to connect from the sewer tap to the building.
- Charges for sewer service start once the service is “turned on”. Charges are billed even if no one is living on the property and/or if no water is used.
Water
- Any building can connect to the water system, if the water system line is present in that area.
- A Service Application must be completed at the the time the tap fee is paid.
- The tap fee is $1,500.00. A payment of at least $750.00 is required up front, before any work will be started. Any remaining balance is due before the service will be turned on.
- It is the responsibility of the owner to connect from the water turn on (curb box) to the building.
- Charges for water service start once the service is “turned on”. Charges are billed even if no one is living on the property and/or if no water is used.
